I’ve never used RPE training template before, I was wondering if you think that starting the Bridge would be appropriate at my level
I’ve been training for about a year, in the beginning not the most seriously, and Covid halted me for a while
Stats
BW: ~75kg
Squat: 152.5kg
Bench: 77.5kg
Deadlift: 165kg
Press: 52.5kg
I also noticed there are multiple versions of the Bridge, would it be best to run the version 3?
