Beginner to RPE - Bridge?

I’ve never used RPE training template before, I was wondering if you think that starting the Bridge would be appropriate at my level
I’ve been training for about a year, in the beginning not the most seriously, and Covid halted me for a while
Stats
BW: ~75kg
Squat: 152.5kg
Bench: 77.5kg
Deadlift: 165kg
Press: 52.5kg

I also noticed there are multiple versions of the Bridge, would it be best to run the version 3?

Also, there is only one version of The Bridge that’s free (as the 3.0 version is a paid template), which I think is a fine place to start.
