Dear Barbell Medicine,

I want to by my own barbell because I’am setting up my own home gym. the barbell I want t buy is:

The Bella 2.0 - 15KG Rogue Women’s Bar, or
The Rogue 25mm Women’s B&R Bar 2.0.
Wich one will you advise?

Only difference I can see between the two is the finishes. Bella bar has more options with the cerakote finishes. Guess it really depends on where you live and how much barbell maintenance you want to do to prevent rusting.

I live in Bonaire dutch caribbean so everytihing rust here on the island.
So wich one is better then for here on the island?

You don’t want the B&R bar if you are worried about rust. One of the cerakoted Bella bars should keep the rust away. The zinc coating on the regular bella bar will slowly wear off like it has on my ohio bar and then it will begin to rust.
