Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV)

Hy doctors! Last night a strong vertigo woke me up, followed by nausea and sweat. I was forced to stand up and seek for some fresh air. Few times I tried to lay down but every time same thing. I manage to fall asleep later when I out three pillows under my head.
Today all day I’m feeling little lightheaded (but maybe I’m noceboing myself because of the last night), my blood pressure was not too low today (110/70).
I had a training session today, everything was ok except bench. I just couldn’t lay down, instantly I get the feeling that I’m going too past out.
I’m 31, fairly active, without any serious medical history.
Should I see a doctor? Mayo clinic:
“Generally, see your doctor if you experience any recurrent, sudden, severe, or prolonged and unexplained dizziness or vertigo.”

Ill go to my home doctor in two days. If Iget exam for some specialist(ORL) it will past few weeks till I get my turn(because of the longer waiting list)

So my question is:
What can I do if this simptoms persist for a longer period?
I will try to slep on elevated surface, anything else that can do to ease up vertigo?
Training wise, do I just dont do bench till I get better?

Sry for the long post, hope that you have some advice for me, tnx!

We would recommend seeing a doctor to formally evaluate you, as it is not possible to do so from here given the limited amount of information unfortunately. Additionally, it may not be vertigo or - if it is- BPPV, at all. We would encourage you to go to your doctor
