Best Program for Maintaining Strength during fat loss phase

Hello!

I am wrapping up my first run of Strength I. Many PRs have been enjoyed, and I suspect more are to come. That being said, I am looking to lose ~8-14 lbs. in ~8 weeks after completing Strength I and I would like to cling on to all of the gainZzZ I have made. What is the best template to preserve my new strength adaptations (potentially make even more?) while also clinging onto all of my muscle mass during my fat loss phase?

Fwiw:
Height: 6’0
Weight: ~194
Waist circumference: somewhere between 37-38"
Age: 24

Nice work on everything so far and thanks for the kind words. You could re-run strength I or switch to powerbuilding II, which would be my preference due to the increase in volume of lifting and conditioning that’s likely to be well-tolerated.
