Bicep tendonitis

Greeting guys, Currently training as upper lower split
leg day, upper strengh day then leg day upper hypertrophy.

and avoiding benchpress on purpose cuz I have slumped posture a.k.a rounded shoulder
anyway I trained my upper strength yesterday and afterward I feel discomfort on my pec sternum? I guess. I did press 3x5(grinding hard 1 rep), and pull up 3x4 . Should I do extra rotator cuff strengthening work like facepull?
I did care bracing, likes my sternum up(thoracic extension), belly down(counter APT) but what position possibly took me into bicep tendonitis? Thanks in advance for helping guys. Love your podcasts
