Squat looks good only notes were to make sure to
brace good and solid . Also you could go a little deeper your just shy of hip crease below knee

You can set your back better on deadlifts. The real question here is, why all the rep work at RPE 10?

To be honest, I’ve been doing my LP since February, and it was getting stale, and I want to start a new program next week.
My plan was to take my 3x5’s, and just do AMRAPs to see if I’m gauging my RPE’s right.
For example, I was planning to do 135x5x3 for the squat. I thought that would be around ~@RPE 7. Well, it turned out that I could do 10 reps, so it was lower than 7.

After finishing the 10 reps, I was like, I wonder what my 1RM is. So I just ramped up until I hit 180KG.
So the answer really is, to break the monotony of 3x5s.
Maybe I should have been more aggressive with my LP for both my squats and deads.
