Thinking of switching the overload deadlift movement in my next cycle from bands to block pulls. I would grab some DC blocks - is 2” (one block) too low or is 4” a better height?

I usually do them off 1 DC block for mid shin block pulls. Having a couple sets are nice for other exercises, e.g. split squats, step ups, block cleans and snatches, etc.
