Body building template

Hello. In the bodybuilding template it shows 4 arm exercises and says “do twice per week.” I just wanted to clarify, this is 2 arm exercises on 4 days of the week. So I’d just train arms every day I train at the end of the workout?

Ah, good catch. Not sure how we missed this so far. Should be two arm exercises two days per week. Ignore the “do twice per week”. I’ll update that this week!
