Yep, the arm and ab exercises are done 1x/wk unless otherwise specified. Android app may be ready before the end of the year.

Speaking of apps, is there something I need to do to get the BBII template to show up in the iPhone app? I have the spreadsheet, but I haven’t seen the template flow through to the app yet. Am I missing something obvious or is it not ready yet?

Follow up question on the GPP/Arm day. I realize after year of not really prioritizing arms at all maybe I should for a bit. I was thinking of setting up the training week as follows:
Day 1 upoer
Day 2 lower
Day 3 GPP/Arms
Day 4 cardio/rest
Day 5 upper
Day 6 lower
Day 7 rest
Thoughts?
