Just finished Block I of the Bodybuilding template. Moving into Block II, I notice that the Conditioning assignment for the weekly GPP is
- 30 minutes of steady state cardio (RPE 6) 1x/wk
- 14 minutes HIIT Assuming I’m doing two GPP days per week on the program, would this mean only one day would include the 30 minute steady state cardio AND the 14 minutes HIIT? And the other day would be only the 14 minutes HIIT?

I’d interpret that as one day/week steady state cardio, and one day/week HIIT. Could be written a little clearer, though.
I think your interpretation is correct. You don’t have to do the GPP exercises all in one day fwiw.
How do you like the BB template?
Appreciate the replies. Sounds flexible, so will probably play with whatever works best.
I am enjoying the BB template quite a bit. Have done lots of strength programs for the past few years, so the variations in exercises has been a nice change of pace.
