Bodybuilding II GPP Query

Hey, Jordan/Austin. I’m in the middle of the Strongman Template, but I’m planning on running the low fatigue template for some low velocity strength work right after, and then the Bodybuilding II template subsequent to that for a big hypertrophy block. I was looking ahead at the Bodybuilding II template and just had a quick question about the programmed GPP work.

Are each of the exercises listed in the GPP slot performed once or twice a week? For example, would I perform cable press-downs 1x/week on GPP day A, and then perform Overhead Triceps extension 1x/week on GPP day B, or am I performing all of the exercises listed twice a week in each GPP session respectively?

Each of the exercises that are programmed are to be performed 1x/wk.

I don’t think there’s likely to be any meaningful difference with the order that you run the programs. It’s more personal preference IMO. Let us know how it goes!
