Bodybuilding Template - Calf Work

Hello,

If there was no interest in calf hypertrophy in the bodybuilding template. Would it be better to just run the Template as is without calf work or we can add in additional quad, hamstring , or glute work?

Does calf training affect recovery for other lower body muscles like quads , hamstrings , and glutes.

You don’t have to do the calf work, though I probably wouldn’t replace it with more quadriceps, hamstring, or glute work your first time around.

I’m sure there’s some global stimulus applied via calf work, though it’s likely to be rather small when using isolation exercises.
