I purchased the bodybuilding template a while back and I’ve been dealing with patellar tendinitis for the past 8 months. The pain usually happens when I’m doing squats and deadlifts. I want to take a lil mental break from powerlifting and focus on getting jacked with the bodybuilding template. With my knee pain, what options would exercise selection wo for quadricep I and quadricep II?
