I think it has been mentioned a couple of times on the podcast that doing X just gets you good at doing X. I think a couple of times it was about the Bosu ball. I was trying to find the literature/ research to help me in the future back up my words when I have those discussions about why I’m handing grandma weights and not having her stand on foam or Bosu ball in parallel bars. (though sadly in my 5 years of a travel PTA I haven’t come across any PT’s that read research in the clinics) so if anyone could help point out the papers or what I should search for that would be very helpful.
