Good day Drs Austin and Jordan!
I have become a fan of arm wrestling in recent times and elbow aches and pains (i.e. tendinopathy) are quite common in that sport. One arm wrestler mentioned that he takes BPC 157 and swears by it for treating such aches and pains.
Legit, placebo or something else?
There are no controlled trials of this compound in humans, so we don’t know.
As a result, we wouldn’t recommend supplementing with an untested experimental compound.
Thanks for the quick reply Austin!
Pardon my ignorance, but does that mean they are still testing this compound on lab rats?
On another note, I apologize if this is off topic but…any plans on doing a I dOn’T hAvE TiMe To TrAiN video for the bench or any other lift?
They may be testing it in rats (or similar) but I don’t know since I don’t pay much attention to that sort of pre-clinical research since the overwhelming majority of it does not pan out in human trials.
No plans at the moment, those just kind of happen “spur of the moment” when I happen to be really tight on time for training.
I kind of had a gut feeling it was too good to be true.
Looking forward to the next episode of I dOn’T hAvE TiMe To TrAiN
