Any scientific validity to claims that these ingredients can/do support and enhance focus, memory, mental speed, creativity, mood, and overall brain health? If so, are they safe?
I have not seen convincing data that they are useful in improving tests of cognition, memory, or attention objectively and I have not seen any long term data either.
