I’m not really hungry when I wake up before work so I usually eat a couple quest bars and some fruit just to get in some protein. Is this ok to do chronically?

Austin I remember you saying that you eat protein bars pretty regularly. Could you tell me which ones you go for?
it’s been pretty hard for me to find any 3rd party tested ones, all of the ones on the 3rd party websites seem to be out of production.
im currently eating 1st phorm bars as they are cgmp certified Atleast , is this ok?
I don’t really eat them all that regularly. And unfortunately I don’t know much about that particular brand, although if it’s cGMP certified that would be a good sign.
