So I’m trying to figure out how one determines Leucine content of such things like Quest bars. I usually eat one with my Cheerios for a before bed snack because…well it’s delicious that’s why. I’ve looked on the old Google machine and could not find a leucine content within quest bars. Is there a way to tell what the content is or no?
I don’t think that it is listed, unfortunately. That said, 20g of protein from mostly whey suggests you’re getting enough!
