Bridge 3.0

Hi BBM crew,

I have recently gotten hold of The Bridge 3.0 and plan to run it soon. I have a few questions if you don’t mind answering.

(1) are the percentages given for the 1 @ 8 and 4 @ 8 of current 1rms OR est1rm? I have 1rms for Squat, Bench, Press, & Deadlift but they are not recent.

(2) the slots given in the XL spreadsheet for sets performed (sets 1-10) are those for sets of RPE 6 & above plus the back offs OR all sets from empty bar to the last work set? I tried them the other day but with warm ups included, I hit more sets than the spaces provided to input work.

Hello! Makes total sense. :slight_smile:

  1. These percentages are suggestion based on your e1rm, but we’d advise you to use RPE over the percentages, if there is any question in your mind. The percentages are there to help you set some targets.
  2. We suggest entering your working sets in the spreadsheet. You could include sets @6 and above as well.
