Hi,
in Bridge 3 from week 6-8 day 3 squat variation is the “2ct paused HBBS”.
My main “competition” squat is high bar, should I still do high bar on day 3, or a close variation (front, safety bar).
I have been doing safety bar squat on day 2 on earlier weeks.

I think I’d keep it as 2ct paused HBBS or SSB in this case.
