Bridge with consecutive days

The place I work out has some odd times it is open to use (in a neighbor’s garage, so I am beholden by the schedule he allows) and currently it is open Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday only. I am going to start the Bridge as my first RPE based program. I have been lifting for several years, including SSLP Novice and several other commonly found programs out there, but never an RPE based one.

So my question is, should I alter the Bridge programming at all considering 2 of the three lifting workouts will be consecutive?

I was planning Day 1-Monday, Day 2-Tuesday, Rest-Wed, GPP-Thurs, Day 3-Friday. Then have Saturday as a possible GPP alternative, Rest Sunday.

Any recommendations on the best way to go about this? Thanks so much.

I would start out by running the program as written and using RPE to guide your load selection.

If you run into issues, they can be handled on a case by case basis, but there aren’t necessarily any “anticipatory” changes I’d make in this situation, broadly speaking.

on GPP days what does the dose number on the right hand side refer to? The first week is 54, 2nd and 3rd 86, 4th 98…
