First- thanks for the programming. I just finished week 8 and am very happy with the results. I almost certainly took too long to move on from my LP. The Bridge made lifting fun again. I was planning on running it one more time before considering other options. When I do, I’m assuming that I should add the GPP Day 2 from weeks 4-8 into weeks 1-4. Is that right?

Yes, you can do GPP 2x/wk if you need to on your second run through.
