2nd Time Running The Bridge

Want to start off by thanking Jordan and Austin for making The Bridge. I just finished my last training day on the first run through and all my singles at 8 were just above or just below my best lifts at a meet right before starting the Bridge.

I’m going to be running it again, as individual coaching is not a possibility for me right now financially, #college, and I believe that I heard in an IG Live from Jordan that when running it a second time, that you should skip the first week. I just wanted to make sure that this was accurate, as I had the IG Live playing in the background and might have misheard him.
