I am about done with my first run through of The Bridge 3.0. I start week 8 next week and I have to say, this is the most I have enjoyed training in quite some time. Bodyweight and waist are going down while lifts are trending up is a good sign. Due to these results I have decided to go at it again for a second run. Should I literally just go straight back to week 1 and repeat?
