I’m doing bridge for the second time and I wonder if It’s okay for someone who has no plan to compete, to just repeating first month of bridge without doing second month program.
I think my estimated 1rm did go up on first month only, second month was felt like I was displaying the already developed strength.
It would be grateful if you can give me an answer and simple logic behind it.
It’s unlikely that this will work for extended periods of time, but sure, doing the same program that’s working for whatever outcomes are important to you until it no longer does is fine.
My goal is to get strengh and muscle, testing the strengh is not my goal for now.
If so, skiping the later 4 weeks of The Bridge could be more suitable for my goal? (Without compromising the long term development or having recovery issue.)
