I’ve begun the Bridge program last week. According to schedule, I should have been on the Week 2 Day 1 routine, two days ago. Due to the combination of factors, I did not and am now wondering whether I need to go back to the Week 1 Day 1 routine, or to proceed to Week 2 Day 1 routine as if nothing happened. Welcome! I am not quite sure what this means about the workouts you missed, but I would not skip days, I would just continue with the program. So do the next session in line.
