And by Aunt Flo, I mean Hurricane Florence, of course. I live in the RTP NC area and the gym was closed last Monday due to tornado warnings in the area. Novice/linear progression is easy to figure out if you miss a day but the bridge not so much. I just skipped Monday’s workout entirely and proceeded as usual for Wed-Sat. For future reference, how would you suggest handling a skipped day when each day’s activity is so specifically prescribed? (No pun intended, but I’ll take it).

If you’re talking about one day, you should be able to make that up most weeks, even if you lift two days in a row.
