Hi doctors,
Due to a snowstorm, I missed Week 6 Day 3, and did Week 6 Day 1 on Monday and Day 2 on Saturday.
I’m thinking of just doing Day 3 on Monday of the following week, and then starting Week 7 Day 1 on Wednesday, then doing Day 2 on Friday and Day 3 on Sunday.
I also had to substitute Lever Rows for DB rows, but I’m thinking of switching back to Lever Rows for Week 6.
Does this approach sound sensible? Or would you suggest a different approach to finishing Week 6 and switching to lever rows? Thanks!
