Missed parts of workout on the Bridge

Due to numerous reasons I was unable to do my monday workout for Week 4 on The Bridge except for the CGBP work.

Now, I’m thinking

A) Just move on and do the rest of the program as planned (feel reluctant as week 4 seems pivotal in the program).

B) Do the squat/rack pull work in between regular lifting days and hope it doesn’t wreck the following workout

C) Just do week 4’s workout on week 5, week 5’s workout on week 6 etc. and just eliminate week 8’s low stress workout for these two lifts.

D) Just start the program all over.

What would be the recommended course of action? Oprion C is where I’m leaning right now.

Given that you only missed part of one day, I’d have you complete the work for day 1 and still get days 2 and 3 of week 4 into the week. You can manage that week with training over 4 days instead of 3 just fine.
