The Bridge 1.0 days

Hey everyone. I think I know the answer to this but I wanted to ask for some clarity and advice. My week has been thrown all around and I’m trying to get training in the full week. I work second shift so my times to train are in the mornings and I have a window that I can go to the gym or else I run the risk of being late to work or having to skip something like eating. So I usually try to follow the layout of the program where I train Mon, Wed-Friday. This Week I had to skip Monday and trained today, Tuesday. I have limited time on Thursday so Lifting would be tight so I was thinking of changing things up. I was thinking wed I can do day 2 lift than Gpp on Thursday and take either Friday off or lift Friday and keep the weekend free.

My question is with this set up would I be setting myself up for failure? I would be giving up my rest day between lifting days 1 and 3

Just get all the work in for the week. How you get that done doesn’t matter too much in the grand scheme. Sometimes life happens and you just got to flex things around, and that’s totally ok. You don’t “need” the extra rest day in between. Things don’t have to be perfect. Good enough really is good enough.
