Irregular training days

Hi,

Quick question in relation to missing your training day.
Last week I was due to complete day 3 week 5 of powerbuilding 1 on Saturday, but I couldn’t train Saturday or Sunday, so I done week 5 day 3 today which is Monday. I’m due to start week 6 tomorrow going by my weekly schedule. Should I just move onto week 6 day 1 tomorrow and skip the gpp day and add in the work over the week or should I do gpp tomorrow and then do week 6 day 1 on Wednesday. I understand that it’s not ideal to lift two days in a row, but is it better sometimes?
The reason I ask is that this may happen the odd time and I just want to make sure I’m doing it right.

Yes, I would just move onto the next week. It doesn’t matter if you lift two days in a row, though it’s probably better for performance (maybe not adaptations) if you have a rest day in between.

yes I done week 6, Day 1 today. Felt good to get the work in. I’ll make up the missed gpp day on one of my rest days.
