If I miss my GPP day workout should I just do it the next day or should I just skip it and do a weights workout the next day
You can add it to the end of your next workout or just catch it next week… not that big of a deal
With the GPP, it’s pretty much fly as you want, other than I don’t recommend doing it /before/ a regular workout.
But same day as/after a workout, different day, whatever your schedule allows as long as you get the work in.
