Skip a training day

Hello Team,
I am currently on the 12 week program but because of an unfortunate circumstance, I habe have to skip day 2 of week 4. Is it ok to push it back and train days 2, 3, and 4 in a row? Or just skip it it and continue with the week as normal?

You can indeed push it back and train three days in a row. Then you can get back to your regular schedule next week!
