let say I have 3 training sessions per week but for some reason, I cant do all of them (aka missing a workout).
should I just repeat the week or skip the workout and continue with the program as planned?
right now I’m doing the bridge 1.0 but I want more general answer so I could apply it down the road to other programs too.
We would recommend you get that work out in, even if it means you train two days back to back. At 3 days per week, that should be your go to down the road.
If you can’t do that, I would most likely have you still complete the workout and just push your training schedule back. But again, that would be for something pretty major.
