Beginner Template: Repeat Week After Missing a Workout?

Let me begin by apologizing if this has already been addressed somewhere else. I found similar posts, but nothing exactly like mine.

I am currently on the Beginner Template, and between the Labor Day weekend and the Covid situation, I was unable to find a gym to train at while back home with family. I missed the week 2 day 3 workout and was unable to perform it until today, on what would normally have been my week 3 day 1 workout. I was going to just slide the missed workout in wherever I could before week 3 started, but I never had the opportunity.

My normal training days are T/Th/Sa, and I did last Saturday’s workout today, on Tuesday. Should I repeat week 2, starting from the day 2 workout on Thursday, or continue on a slightly offset program, with my week 3 day 1 workout on Thursday?
