Missed last two days of training

Some life stuff happened that caused me to have to miss the last couple days of training. I’m in Week 2 of Hypertrophy I. Should I just re-run the week again starting on Monday?

That’s fine, not a big deal if you just moved on to week 3 or repeat week 2. Hope all is well otherwise.

I took a gamble moving in with randos from craigslist for university transfer, and unfortunately it looks like it might not work out. I may have to deal with moving again in the next handful of weeks coming up which may cause more disruption to my training. If so, then I’ll just use this thread to discuss what to do when I miss days as I sputter along (instead of starting whole new threads). I appreciate the concern.

Yea, that’s a tough situation. Being able to train would be ideal, though I can understand that’s not always possible.

Update: I can’t train today bc there was an active shooter on my campus today (UNC Chapel Hill) and my gym is closed for the day.
