7 week hypertrophy training

I was off for about 3 weeks after week 1. I came back after being under the weather and also balloon rhinoplasty and didn’t finish all the sets for week 1. Should I just use the calculated max for the lower weights and go on to week 2 or repeat week 1. I did all four days and the accessories. I missed a set on squats after hitting RPE 10 on what used to be a RPE 8. Same for press and bench.

If you missed 3 weeks after Week 1, then re-starting the program would probably make the most sense. There’s potential of being a bit “de-trained” at this point especially dealing with an illness
