Okay to repeat week in first block of Hypertrophy I?

I finished Week 2 of Hypertrophy I yesterday, however I missed a few lifts due to inaccurate loads based on e1rms that weren’t precise. Is it okay for me to re-run Week 2, or should I just move on to Week 3? Thanks.

I would just move onto week 3. I also would likely change your approach to load selection.

Ideally, we should be using your previous estimated 1RM (e1RM) as a baseline anchor. From there, the’res a “performance range” of roughly +/- 10%. This accounts for the variability in your fitness and daily readiness to train. The goal is to use historical data to get you into the right zip code, and RPE to find the exact location.
