Hi BBM team,
Just a real quick question today.
So I am currently on hypertrophy 2.
I erroneously, completed week 4 before 3. (don’t ask :))
Should I :
- Go back and do week 3 and then do week 4 one more time ?
- Repeat week 4?
- Or simply just move to week 5 like nothing ever happened.?
