Erroneously skipped a week on Hypertrophy 2

Hi BBM team,

Just a real quick question today.

So I am currently on hypertrophy 2.

​​​​​​I erroneously, completed week 4 before 3. (don’t ask :))

Should I :

  1. Go back and do week 3 and then do week 4 one more time ?
  2. Repeat week 4?
  3. Or simply just move to week 5 like nothing ever happened.?
