Hello BBM team,
I am 45M/5’7”/176lbs and doing 7 Week GPP Hypertrophy Bias program.
I finished first 3 weeks. Due to business travels I was not able to do any training last week which was Week 4 (Light week) of the program.
Should I jump straight to week 5 since I had a week doing nothing and deloaded to the max already
Or, should I start from week 4?
