I just did my Day 1, Week 4 of the 7 Week hypertrophy (3 day) template. I didn’t notice that I was looking at the wrong week until I was done my squats.(I was looking at week 5, day 1 for Squats) So I did a single @ 8 and 3x6@8. I caught my mistake after the squats and did the rest of day properly. Do you think I should proceed like I didn’t do that, or swap next weeks squat day with the one I should have done today? Thanks
