Minor Mistake on 12 Week Program

Hey guys,

I’m on day 1 of week 2 of the 12 week program (the first week of the set of 1@8 and back off 20% for 5x5) doing a 4-day split and, being accustomed to the hypertrophy bias program, I instinctively bench pressed instead of pressing and realized too late to correct it. I know I’m probably just being super super anal but I’m wondering if this will have any effect on my progress and if there is something I should do to correct it (besides just pressing tomorrow obviously). Thanks.
