12 week strength adjustments

Just got the 12-week strength template and I am really excited to get started next week, thanks again for providing the high-quality content you guys do. I have a few questions regarding adjustments I can make to fit the time of my competition. So the competition is actually fourteen weeks away, which I figured it wouldn’t be too much of an issue to add two more weeks in the developmental block. Then I just wanted to see what advice you guys have regarding the competition week itself. The competition is on a Sunday and I was unsure on which days the work should be done in order to prevent any rustiness that could come from multiple days off in a row. My original thought was to train on Monday, Thursday, and compete Sunday. Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks again guys.

I would do the last two sessions on Tuesday and Thursday in that situation.
