Hey guys, thanks for all the work you do! As a future DPT and current lifter your content and programs have been invaluable to me.
I have two questions:
- I’m on week 9 of the 12 week strength program and I noticed that the program has shifted from 4 days / week to 3 as all fields in the day 3 section are listed as “none”. Just wanted to make sure this is intended and I didn’t mess something up or something got lost in downloading. I was assuming it was due to the higher intensities I have been and will be seeing so I wasn’t too thrown off but wanted to be sure.
2)My meet is on June 1st, but I will finish the program 1 week out from meet day. I had intended on using that week to peak, but it seems the program is designed to do that for me. What is your suggestion to fill that week leading into the meet? Is a repeat of week 12 adequate?
