I was hoping for some insight on how to modify my training for the week to account for the lifting during the seminar. I am attending the seminar next week in AZ, and next week will be Week 9 on the 12 Week Strength Template, with a meet during Week 12. I don’t know exactly how much lifting we are going to be doing in the seminar and was wondering if there should be any specific modifications made to the template besides simply skipping the Day 4 session.
