I’m finishing up the last week of the BBM HLM template, and am planning to move on to the Hypertrophy template next week. I just noticed that there is no squatting on Day 2. This will be the first time I lift without squatting in roughly three years. It would be silly to question whether you think there is enough squat volume on this template, since you wrote it. But maybe some reassurance would be nice Perhaps I will no longer be concerned after I get done with the myoreps on Day 3. Thanks for considering this non-question.
Yea I think the overall way that the program and its variables are laid out works pretty nicely for the general population. You’re gonna be good!
