Hypertrophy Template

Hi all,

Apologies if this has been answered already, but I haven’t been able to find it.

I have just downloaded the 7 week Hypertrophy Template, and in the explanations for the supplemental lifts, there is reference to S-S1 and supplemental squat movements. However in the actual program there are no supplemental squats slots specifically programmed…only squat variations that are programmed under S-D2. Am I reading too much in to this? :slight_smile:

Yeah but there is no programming for S-S1 in the hypertrophy template. The only things that come close to squat accessories are grouped within S-D2 - could that be what you’re looking for ?
Otherwise I wouldn’t bother too much about that and just do the stuff that is programmed in the schedule.

For everybody who has the Hypertrophy Template:
is it just me or this template doesn’t have @Jordan_Feigenbaum 's introduction “WATCH ME!” video in the template sheet?

Yeah there’s no watch me link in that one. Which is kinda surprising because I thought he may have wanted to have a few words on myoreps and even exercise selection when you have a few options to choose from. But the myorep text explanation makes sense, and I’m just going by personal preference for the exercises so… no problems here.
