I have recently completed round 2 of The Bridge 1.0, and have started the hypertrophy template.
I’m slightly miffed to see it has only 2 squat days. Won’t the reduction in volume mean less gains? Is it possible to add squats to day 2 of the program? Maybe tempo squats?

Not necessarily, due to the fatigue under which S-D2 is done and the totality of the leg work in general. You may end up needing more volume at some point, but probably not coming off of the bridge.
Jonathan, I just started this template as well. Maybe I’m missing understanding the template (or your question), but I’m only seeing 1 day of Competition Squats in the Hypertrophy Template (Day 1 : C-S). By the second day of squats are you referring to the variations on Day 3 in S-D2 (e.g., leg press, pause, etc)? Because if so, then adding in C-S on Day 2 would give you 3 days of squats (not 2). Mainly just want to make sure I’m running it right. Thanks.
I recently started the 7 Week Hypertrophy program as well and had a question about S-D2 (which would apply to S-B4 as well). Within these categories there are several options listed with an “or.” I was wondering if you suggest picking 1 of the variations and sticking with it throughout the 7 weeks? Or should it be changed up from week to week?
Pick one and keep it consistent for the first 4 weeks, then pick one for the last 3 weeks.
