2 week break. What do?

Hi docs!

So I’m currently at Hypertrophy 1 Week 9 with the 3rd day remaining and I just found out my brother tested positive for COVID-19 and as my country’s protocol, we’re stuck with home quarantine for 2 weeks.
Main question is how should I go back to training after 2 weeks off? Should I repeat week 9, week 8 or even go back 2 weeks back? How much weight should I shave off from my usual weights? Should I aim for an rpe less or 2 from my usual?

Sorry to hear about the interruption, that’s a bummer!

I would plan on doing the At-Home template for the 2-weeks out of the gym and then jump into the Hypertrophy I template back at the last pivot/low stress week. I wouldn’t adjust the the programming for any particular reason unless you feel it necessary to do so.

Hello again. Sorry to reply so late but would this change if our break was to be cut short by a week? We were given to leave a week early so I can resume training with just a week off.

Do I still go back to my last low-stress week or should I go back to week 9?
