Missed training due to stomach flu

I came down with a case of the stomach flu early this week and because of this I missed day one and two of training. I feel well enough to train on day three. My question is, should I train day three according to the program, and next week move on to the next week, or repeat this week? I am currently doing the 7 week hypertropy and this would be week 3.

I’d pick up with day 3.
